Dear ZY PLANE Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with your company. On July 15, I placed Order 1103 for a toy RC plane from Sydney, Australia. Unfortunately, despite the expected delivery timeframe passing, the order never arrived.
The poor shipping management and lack of communication from your end have led to the non-fulfillment of my order. This is particularly distressing as I had planned to gift the RC plane to my child, and the failure to deliver has ruined our plans.
